How long does it take from ordering to delivery?

We make it a priority to ship products in a timely manner. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and packaging. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be delivered. 

 

I'd like to cancel my order, how do I go about this?

We will allow returns within 30 days from the time of purchase. If the product received is damaged or defective, the shipping will be covered by us. If you order an incorrect size or item, we will allow a refund, but the shipping will be at the customer's expense. 

 

I entered the wrong address when ordering, can I fix this?

If the item has shipped we will not be able to correct the address and cannot honor a refund. However, if you notify us of the address change prior to the item being shipped we can make the necessary changes. Please understand entering the correct information when placing an order is the customers responsibility and is to be reviewed carefully during the checkout process.
